Shipping Policy

Effective: October 30, 2025

Where we deliver

We currently ship across the United States (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). We don’t offer international shipping yet.

Processing rhythm

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time generally begin processing the same day.

Estimated transit times (U.S.)

  • Standard: about 4–8 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: about 3–6 business days after dispatch
    These are estimates; carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons can add time.

Costs & promos

All available methods and rates appear at checkout. From time to time we run free-shipping promotions; details will show on product or cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We’ll email tracking when your label is created; carriers can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan. Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes, each with its own tracking number.

Address issues & returned parcels

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package returns to us as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

Loss or damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged—or seems lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, photos of packaging/product (if damaged), and a brief description so we can act quickly.
